Circumstances of Disappearance
On June 12, 1994, William Sisco was in the area of Happy Valley, Arizona with friends panning for gold. Sometime that same night, Mr. Sisco got into a verbal argument with the two friends, he wanted to leave and his friends didn't, and he left on foot; he has not been seen since that time.
Sisco had two pending arrest warrants, one civil and the other criminal misdemeanor, when he disappeared.
