Estimated age: 46-60 years old

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'6"; 116 lbs.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair, wavy, approximately 1 inch long; Dark eyes. Short, scruffy black and gray beard and mustache.

Other: No scars or tattoos.

Clothing: Speedo style, yellow swimsuit with dark trim. The seams are hand stitched. The drawstring is handmade.

Case History
The victim was found floating off the jetty at the marine entrance to Port Everglades.
The hand-stitched bathing suit suggests that the man may be Cuban.
