- Distinguishing Characteristics: Short dark brown straight or slightly curved hair. Numerous old fractures: All injuries several years old; Consistent with MVA or serious fall from a height. Craniotomy. Skull: Left larged healed defect from old surgery. Old healed fracture on left extending to right parietal. Old L fragment of skull with old surgical perforations, 5 old burr holes; Old L frontal fractures, nasal, right maxilla, zygomatic arches. Old left clavicle, rib fractures on the right and left ulna. Also arthritic changes of lumbar spine. Sinuses are distinct.
- Dentals: Available. No restorations; poor dental care. No wear from partial plates. Age is 40 plus. Heart shape incisal canal.
- Clothing: Blue/white short sleeved striped sports shirt "Arrow Decton Perma-Iron". No sizes on garments. Single blue left sneaker "Trax" brand, labeled 75683, 1067/1000.

The victim was located at Route 1 and highway 644 Virginia. A deer hunter searching for his dog found the scattered remains.
