Case History
The victim was killed by a vehicle on Interstate 65 in the southbound lane in Montgomery, Alabama on March 19, 1986.
No identification was found on him and two phone numbers were found in his pocket with negative results on the phone numbers. He was possibly looking for work and hitchhiking.
