Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 25-40 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'8"; 150 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Moderate length, light, reddish brown hair; hazel eyes. Full, reddish brown beard.
- Marks, Scars: Freckles on nose and forehead. Transverse scar about 16 inches long from right chest to left side with suture marks. A scar under both left and right nipples. Scar on left arm with suture marks. Had 2 wire sutures in his sternum with prior heart surgery for a high repair interventricular septal defect.
- Clothing: Blue jeans. White metal necklace with a white star; yellow metal necklace with horn-shape medallion.
- Dentals: Available. No space between teeth 9 and 11, although 10 is absent. Tooth 15 DB cuspid fracture off. Tooth 17 tilted mesially and tooth 29 tiled lingually. Generalized periodental bone loss.

- DNA: Not available.

Case History
The victim was located at the Siesta Motel, 701 34 Street North, in St. Petersburg, Florida on April 26, 1980. He was staying in a motel room with a friend. Both men were shot and killed. Decedent's friend was identified as Jack Roy Davis.
Decedent was possibly from California, Missouri, or Tennessee and possibly went by the names of John, Johnny, Robert, or Ronald.
