Distinguishing Marks/Features: His left arm was contracted at the elbow due to large scar that runs from his upper arm to the mid-forearm. Rectangular scars on his left thigh. Scars on his left chest, front and side. Tattoo of "Lulana" on his upper right arm.

Clothing: A blue No boundaries collared button-down shirt with a black and yellow design across the chest (size 2XL), dark Nautica denim pants(size 34x34), purple Gear for Sports nylon jacket with a green and blue stripped fleece interior (size Medium), blue plaid Credos Men boxers (size Medium), a beige baseball cap with a blue rim and "METCON" on the front, a tan belt with white metal buckle with a "J" design, white socks with a gray ankle and "USA" written on the ankle, and white Reebok shoes with black stripes (size 12) and "JOSE DAVID" written in blue ink on the side of the right shoe.
Jewelry: Multi-colored cloth woven bracelet.

The victim was apparently sleeping on the east side of the railroad tracks at 8800 South Old Nogales Highway when he was struck by a train.
