Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 45-60 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'2"-5'7"
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Possibly Hispanic, Asian or Native. Long black hair found at scene. Neck was congenitally shortened as a result of Klippel-Feil Syndrome. This would have resulted in limited neck mobility. The hyoid, nose, right hand and left ribs showed evidence of previous fractures.
- Clothing: Green short-sleeved SERO brand shirt (size medium); green cargo style pants (size 33/30); black belt with a silver metal buckle; white Jockey brand underwear (size=20 42); pair of black nylon socks.
- Dentals: Available. #12 Has root tip present. Supernumery tooth between roots of #13 and #14. Supernumery tooth on distal root of #30.
- DNA: Available; University of North Texas.
Case History
The victim was located in Immokalee, Florida, at I-75 and Immokalee Road on July 31, 2003.
The body was found by surveyors on July 31, 2003, buried beneath palm fronds in a heavily-wooded area near the intersection of Immokalee Road and Interstate 75.
There is evidence the area had previously been used as a campground by homeless people and transients.
