Vital Statistics

  • Estimated age: 25-40 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 166 cm (5'5"); 70-75 kg (154-165 lbs)
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Black, short hair; brown eyes. Medium build. A healed scar on the left wrist - 1.5 cm in length
  • Dentals: Natural teeth with some fillings.
  • Clothing: Yellow, striped dress shirt. Black leather belt. Black & white dress pants. White and colour socks. White underpants & shirt. Brown, leather shoes. Gold coloured "Pulsar" watch. Black overnight bag with large sum of money and a change of clothing.


Case History
The victim was recovered from Lake Ontario, in Kingston's inner harbour, 100 metres south of the causeway over the river, adjacent to the Royal Military College.
