Circumstances of Discovery

The decedent was located floating in deep, cold water in Lake Perris the first warm day after a week of rain and cool weather. No one at the lake knew him. Despite an extensive search of the Lake Perris State Park, no vehicle nor pile of unattended clothing was discovered.

It is unknown how and when he entered the lake. No trauma was found on the body and no drugs were found in his body.
