- The victim was discovered on February 25, 1979 in Perris, Riverside County, California.

Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 25-30 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'8"; 210 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Black, short hair; brown eyes. Mustache. No tattoos, scars or disfigurements found.
- Dentals: Available. He had extensive dental work.
- Clothing: He was found wearing only a white, "JC Penney" T-shirt. No other clothing, jewelry, personal items, vehicle, or identification was found during a search of the Lake Perris State Park property.
Case History
The victim was located floating in the water at Lake Perris.
No trauma was detected and the cause of death is drowning.
No witnesses to him going into the water were located.
No missing persons information has been located to identify him.
