• Date Of Birth: August 29, 1920
• Age at Time of Disappearance: 51 years old
• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'3"; 110-120 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Brown hair; brown eyes. Folk-Hine has a tanned complexion. She has very small feet (size 4-5).
• Marks, Scars, Tattoos: She had a deep Small Pox vaccination scar on left upper arm at the time of her disappearance and a vertical Cesarean Section scar on the abdomen. She wears prescription sunglasses. Pierced ears. During a six year period, she hasd a dozen operations resulting in scaring.
• Clothing: She was wearing a dark-colored sweater, light blue Levi jeans, a plain gold wedding band on her left hand and a watch with a black band.
• AKA: Kay
• Dentals: Partial bottom plate.
• Blood Type: RH negative
• Other: DNA available

Circumstances of Disappearance
Folk-Hine, a mother of 5 children, was supposed to go to the Manatee County Fair in Palmetto, FL on Jan. 15, 1972. She was a fair committee member and was going to help out at the poultry barn. Folk-Hines husband told law enforcement that she was last seen at Manatee County Fairgrounds.
Folk-Hines left behind five children, dozens of animals, her purse, her glasses and medicine.
Two of her children, now grown, believe that she was murdered. Foul play is suspected.
