• Age at Time of Disappearance: 24 years old
• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 6'0"; 160 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Blond hair; blue eyes.
• Medical Conditions: He is mentally retarded and has the mentality of a 7 to 8 year old.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Fogg was last seen at the Marbridge Ranch, a residential treatment facility for adult men. He had been at Marbridge Farms for seven years and was originally from New Mexico

Fogg said was that he was going to get some pizza and a drink of water. 

Investigators found some of his clothing packed and believed he also took some clothes with him. There were reported sightings of him in the area that day, but he has not been seen since.
