- Clothing: Dark blue t-shirt, with an eagle logo on the front, with lettering "Dependable, Louderback, Integrity" and "Since 1866", letters also present on back of shirt. Camouflage pants; black velor type pants; a pair of boxer shorts. White athletic socks, white tennis shoes.

The victim was located lying underneath a bridge at 310 East Biddle Street.
