- Distinguishing Characteristics: Possibly Hispanic. Black/grey, straight, 1/4 inch hair. Long beard and mustache stubble. Healed broken nose, healed right elbow fracture with arthritis.
- Clothing: A dark gray t-shirt; blue work pants (label/tag: Shepard Uniform/Linen supply, tag 36-6655-13, 32 Williams); a cloth belt; brown socks; white sneakers, and white briefs. Wrist bracelet having pendants; woven wrist band with "DYNERGY" on it. He was carrying a lion stuffed animal, coin purse (attached to his belt); a garage door opener; batteries; a pocket knife, and a $6100 and 93 cent check from Howard Mead III.

The victim was located floating in Braes Bayou.
He is thought to have been seen alive in the bayou on July 16, 2002.
