Hair: Black and wavy, about three inches long. He wore a mustache and goatee. Sparse stubble was on his lower jaw.
Eye Color: Unknown
Distinguishing Marks/Features: About three months to two years before death, he suffered trauma to his face. Surgical plates and screws (Synthes 2.0 plates with screws to repair comminuted LeFort 3 fracture) were used to reconstruct the damage, which possibly caused scarring and some facial disfigurement. His nose may also have been crooked.

Jewelry: Rosary of black and clear beads with a white plastic medallion; necklace of black-patched woven fabric. The necklace was tied in a simple knot, bearing stylized renditions of heraldry, scapular. His jewelry suggested he was possibly a Roman-Catholic.

Circumstances of Discovery

In rural Falmouth, Kentucky, on July 1, 1996, a teenager walking his dog discovered the decedent in a heavily wooded area. The body was hanging from a tree, a woven wire was fastened to his neck. The male was suspended over a dry creekbed.
