- Distinguishing Characteristics: His race was not able to be determined. Black hair. Black and gray stubble of a beard and mustache. Uncircumcised. He has an old scar on his head (top left) that would have been covered by his hair.
- Clothing: White t-shirt that says "Property of Eagle Ridge" on the front, blue denim overalls with one strap held together by green plastic wire, and several strings and beaded bracelets were present.

Case History
This man was found in a canal grate near Garden Lakes Parkway and Indian School Road.
It is unknown where he might have gone into the canal. He may have been in the canal for several days.
He was probably a drinker.
