Circumstances of Disappearance
Victor Boucher was last seen at his residence on the Tracy Road on May 6, 1996.
Boucher was a jack of all trades and had built his own home where he lived at the time of his disappearance.
Foul play is suspected. The RCMP are now treating the disappearance as a homicide.
In 2004, New Brunswick RCMP released a man they had arrested the previous week in connection with the eight-year-old murder case.
