Circumstances of Discovery

Victim was found lying semi submerged on his back in a water filled ditch. He was fully clothed. He had been seen over the previous few days hanging around in an unkempt state on the Crayford Marshes area. He appears to have been a vagrant living in the pill boxes on the marsh.
