The victim's body was found after dredging at the mouth of the Hawkesbury River. He was wrapped in plastic and wired to an iron rack that was custom made for his size. It is believed that he was dumped near Broken Bay.
He is possibly of Mediterranean or Central to East European origin, maybe Italian or Austrian.
In the press he is known as The Rack Man.
