Craig was last seen around 1 a.m. on February 22, 2003, outside the Cornerhouse pub on Albert and Zetland Roads. Craig's friend had ordered him a taxi on the night he went missing, but Craig wasn't there when it arrived. According to friends, he wasn't drunk when he left, and he gave no indication he was planning to disappear.
Craig, an engineering student at Teesside University, lived at home with his mom and stepdad. Before he went missing, he spent the evening with friends at pubs in Guisborough before heading for Middlesbrough, reaching the Cornerhouse around 11 p.m.
Police think he was seen between Bar Fresco and the Exchange at around 1:45 a.m., in no obvious distress.
Hours of CCTV footage have been searched but Craig hasn't been seen since his disappearance and no money has been withdrawn from his bank account.
