  • Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 130 cm.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Shoulder length, black hair; grey-brown eyes. Slender build.
  • Marks, Scars: He has a small mole on the left cheek.
  • Clothing: Beganovic was wearing a black coat, red trousers, a baseball cap and brown shoes. He had no other items with him when he disappeared.
  • Other: He was born in Yugoslavia. He speaks German and Serbo-Croatian.

Circumstances of Disappearance
At about 22.00 on February 12 1994, Beganovic left his home in Berlin-Wilmersdorf to travel by public transport to his uncle's flat in Berlin-Kreuzberg. He never arrived. During that year, he is said to have been seen on and near Karl-Marx-Strasse in Berlin-Neukolln and to have offered his services as a window cleaner to several businesses. Witnesses also reported that he was sometimes accompanied by another male teenager.
Extensive investigation, also in Berlin's gay scene, hasnīt produced any specific leads to solve this case.
