Circumstances of Discovery

The victim was located on March 14, 1997 in the waters by Boccadasse (Genoa). The fragments of fingerprints recovered were matched to a man with a criminal record. Later it was discovered that that individual was still alive. According to the study of the currents and of the weather conditions it's possible the victim fell in sea in the area of Bogliasco - Ligurian Pieve.
