Circumstances of Disappearance

Franco Iules Franceschini resided with his parents in Portomaggiore, Italy. According to his family he had come back changed from his military service. Sometimes, he didn't manage to sleep saying he heard voices calling.

After a violent nervous crisis at 27, he was supervised by a doctor. After having spent three months in his sister's apartment, he decided to go back to his parents and to stop the treatment. He seemed better though more often taciturn.

One day in 1982, he left his parents house. Three months later they received a call from him from Marseilles, France. He had entered a bar in poor condition and the bartender managed to get him to call his parents. His parents went to Marseilles to have him return home but he refused. He stayed in contact with his sister for two months then stopped. The bartender declared that he stayed there for 6 months sleeping in his car in front of the bar and drinking a lot. One day he disappeared with his car, a 128 Coupé . He was never seen again.
