Rossella Corrazin was last seen on August 21, 1975. She was staying at her aunt's with her parents during the vacations in Tai di Cadore.
On the afternoon of her disappearance, she left alone for a walk in the woods. She usually went for a walk with her father but had decided to leave earlier on that day to avoid the rain.
Hours passed but Rossella didn not come back. Despite extensive searches of the area by police she was never located. A man later reported to have met her at around 16.30 on that day and that she asked him if he could show her a panoramic point to take a photograph and a path leading directly from there to Tai di Cadore.
Despite new extensive searches in this area in 2004, no trace of her has been found.
