The victim was found lying supine by passersby in overgrown foliage to the rear of an abandoned residence at 990 Hubbard Street SW in Atlanta. The area is a short-cut path for the residents of the neighborhood.
He possibly went by the nickname of "Red" and may have been from Massachusetts.
