Norine was last seen the day before her birthday in New Hyde Park, New York at 11:00 p.m. on December 12, 1990. It was said she left home to go buy ingredients for Christmas cookies and never returned. Her vehicle (a stationwagon) was found the morning of December 13, 1990 in the parking lot of the grocery store she was believed to have gone to. An employee of the grocery store recalled seeing the car shortly after 11pm on Dec 12th but didn't remember seeing Norine. She has never been heard from again.
