• Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Gray hair; brown eyes. Slim build.
• Marks, Scars: A scar on the upper lip and another scar in the central part of the forehead, over the eyebrows. He suffers from a physical disability, a semi-paralysis in the right side of the body, causing him to limp.
• Clothing: A navy blue raincoat, a navy blue sweater, a cream color chequered shirt, beige trousers and black shoes. He carried a cell phone.

Circumstances of Disappearance
José rought his nephew to the San Francisco Javier school in Santurce (Bizkaia).
After that he was last seen having a coffee in the "HERMANOS BILBAO" bar in Barakaldo.
He drove a red Peugeot 205 (license plate BI-8474-BG ) adapted to his disability.
He used to frequent bars in Sestao and the port of Santurce, especially when ships arrived that came from Cuba.
