Circumstances of Disappearance
Jeschke was last seen in Eckental, Germany on December 12, 1998.
He was allegedly abducted by his mother, Debra Jeschke. A warrant for Custodial Interference was issued for Debra on January 7, 1999.
They may be using the alias last names of Bruce or Yarnell. Justin may be going by the first name Raymond. Debra may be using the alias date of birth of September 28, 1968.
The Office of Children's Issues at the U.S. State Department is managing this case and has asked The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children to create and distribute this poster.
