Circumstances of Disappearance
Fred was a school teacher, although unemployed, at the time of his disappearance and was residing with his parents in the Carrum Downs area.
Upon returning from holidays, his parents found a note saying he was going to South Australia for about seven days.
He has not been seen or heard from since.
