Circumstances of Disappearance
Jimmy has not been heard from since August 1991.
Although he had been living rough, Jimmy would regularly keep in touch with his mother, particularly on special occasions.
Jimmy used to scour scrap yards for things to fix up and re-sell, and was last known to be living in Newport, Gwent in Wales. However, it is thought he may have moved away from the area.
