Circumstances of Disappearance
Martin Hoyer went missing during a holiday on the Meditarenean island of Corsica.
On 7 October 1992 Martin Hoyer left for a hillwalking tour on his own. He wanted to climb Incudiene mountain. The walk up takes 7 hours, so on the way down Martin was going to spend one night half-way in a hut. The next day his parents waited for his return in vain.
