Circumstances of Discovery

A road maintenance worker discovered the decedent's body in the Lappish wilderness about a mile north of the Esrange space Center. He was not dressed for the cold weather. Evidence of a small fire with a coffee pot were located near the body. The nearest settlement is Jukkasjarvi, about 15 kilometers away. His fingerprints and description were sent to Norway, Finland, and Denmark, as well as Interpol. There was no evidence of alcohol or drugs in his system. His remains were cremated and the case closed.
