Circumstances of Disappearance
Redford, a single women, was last seen at her Kensington Gardens unit on Tuesday 23 June 1998. She left her handbag, which contained her purse, and other personal belongings at her unit. A talked to her by phone on June 30, 1988. Friends reported her missing five days later.
Redford, was a grief counselor and Salvation Army volunteer. There was nothing to indicate anything amiss in her life.
There are no clues to her disappearance and no apparent motivation for her to leave and start another life. Bank accounts haven't been touched.
Door knocks of the area around Ms Redford's Sandford St unit revealed nothing. She did not own a car and passport checks showed she had not left the country.
