Circumstances of Disappearance
Durkin was last seen as he left for a court appearance in Dorset, England on March 31, 1993. The couple faced bankruptcy after their pub in Burton Bradstock, the Dove Inn, failed.
Mr Durkin did not take any spare clothes with him, but it was later discovered his passport had gone missing. His car was found abandoned at Heathrow Airport in July of that year.
He may have been seen in Crete.
