Circumstances of Disappearance
Jeffrey left work at Grace Bros. Mona Vale at midday and was later seen at a service station in Cromer. He told the attendant that they would not see him back at Grace Bros. and he purchased a litre of petrol and a box of matches.(Stated it was for a mate's car). The vehicle was later located by his father at Blue Fish Point.
