Circumstances of Disappearance
David was last seen at Richmond on 25 April 1993. David was last seen at the Richmond Retirement Village, were he resided. He also had an address in Burwood. David had made plans to travel to Queensland, however when he disappeared he had no money or possessions with him. He missed his last visit with his Doctor. There are concerns for his safety and welfare.
