Circumstances of Disappearance
Franziska and her mother, Gabriele Kallenberg, did not return home from a forest walk. Her mother was located murdered, two days later, approximately a kilometer from their home. Franziska's buggy was discovered close by.
The child's father was sentenced at the end of 1997 to life imprisonment for homicide. Franziska has never been located.
