Circumstances of Disappearance
Mbaresa Kumria from Kukov, Albania arrived in Italy in the beginning of May 1996. She traveled with an acquaintance to Dalmine, a city in the periphery of Bergamo. Her family never heard from her again. One year later, her acquaintance was deported from Italy. According to several young Albanian women Mbaresa would have been forced into prostitution.
