Circumstances of Disappearance
Parkes disappeared in January of 1991 from his home in Longridge Avenue, Merseyside, UK. He was on his way to Rainhill hospital where he received treatment on a regular basis. He failed to arrive at his hospital appointment and has not been seen since. He never took a change of clothes and has not attempted to claim any benefits. Parkes used to work as a farm labourer and may be doing some casual farm work now.
