Circumstances of Disappearance
Christina Hermert disappeared from Halle/Saale on 20 January 1990. She was last seen by neighbors during the evening hours.
She had lived apart from her husband since August 1989 but both were still living in the same house.
They have two children together. In late 1989, Hermert had started working in order to get sole custody of her children. No reasons are known why she whould have left her children.
