• Approximate Height and Weight: 5'5"-5'11"; 111 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair; brown eyes covered with cloudy corneas. Black mustache and short cut salt and pepper beard. He was a known alcoholic and drug abuser. No tattoos or other identifying marks.
• Clothing: White socks, blue jeans, brown/beige plaid shirt (possible wool) over a red t-shirt over a black t-shirt.
• AKA: Known only as "Samuel" or "Sam" by friends.
• Fingerprints: Not available
• Dentals: Available. Several missing teeth - healed.
• DNA: Not available

Case History
The victim was found in 1996, apparently dead from natural causes. Not a single scrap of paper inside the tiny home where he'd lived for about two months at 3650 West Railroad Avenue contained his full name.

People in a Cocoa neighborhood knew him as Sam, the friendly fellow who lived in a ramshackle travel trailer.
Investigators have been unable to determine Sam's identity.
