Case History
The victim was located on March 4, 2006, in Long Lake which is in Steven's County. This county borders Spokane County. The Spokane River flows into Long lake so it is possible that this body originated into the water in Spokane County.
The tissue on the forearms of both arms were missing. It is possible that there could have been a tattoo in these areas.
