  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair. The left index finger was remotely amputated.
    The past medical history for this man had been an Appendectomy, Liver disease, cirrhosis of the liver and alcoholic hepatitis, possibly, that indicates a history of Alcoholism, and Degenerative Joint Disease of his lumbar spine.

Case History
The victim was located on June 27, 1978 in the Cadillac Apartment Building" located above The old "Grubstake restaurant at 228 1/2 W. Sprague in Spokane, Washington.
The building was known to be frequented by transients looking for a Place to stay. This apartment building was said to have been abandoned when a fire broke out. This adult male was found inside the burned building.
