Vital Statistics

• Estimated age: 20-30 years old
• Distinguishing Characteristics: Possible healed nasal fracture. Dark colored, straight hair.
• Dentals: Available considerable mesial drift on tooth #1-#5; longitudinal fractures in tooth #5 & 12; tooth #3 was broken with the distal 1/3 of the crown missing; no restorations present in any teeth recovered.
• DNA: Pending

Case History
The victim was located 4.2 miles south of A1A in Fernandina Beach, Florida on October 9, 1989. The skull was recovered in a bucket in a wooded area near an old oyster factory. The factory is located off of State Road 107, 4.2 miles south of A1A, in Fernandina Beach. No further remains were recovered.
