Case History
The victim was located in a canal on Ralls Road, 1/4 mile east of Selvitz Road, southwest of Fort Pierce, Florida on October 7, 1986.

The victim had both arms tied behind his back. The blackened skull, marked by a fatal gunshot wound and multiple fractures, was found about 15 feet west of the body.

Advanced stage of decomposition due to hot weather.
