Case History
On September 17th, between 8pm and 10:45pm, the decedent and friends spent the night drinking at one of the friend's house.
The decedent was reportedly seen going into his home, at 209 S. 7th Street, after drinking heavily. The following morning
when one of the friends attempted to wake the decedent, he was unresponsive.

He was tentatively identified as "Candelario Talvera" or "Candelario Ambrosio" but this name proved to be false. Decedent
reportedly told friends that he was from Mexico, which is where his estranged family still lived.
