• Estimated age: 48-52 years old.
• Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9" and 90 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair with some gray and brown eyes. He had thick sideburns that extended to the lower jaw, a broad long mustache, and
  thick bushy eyebrows. He had abundant brown body hair.
• Clothing: Black jacket, tan outer jacket, blue jeans, and black boots.
• Dentals: Not available. Dental charting or x-rays were not done.
• DNA: Not available and no samples retained.
• Fingerprints: Not available. Hands were not recovered.
• Other: A blanket and dog were found with the remains. The report doesn't indicate if the dog was alive.

Case History
The victim was found under a blanket, in a ditch about 50 feet off Faithhorn Road and I-394.

His hands had been chewed off. Investigators believe he may have been homeless.
