Case History
On August 10, 1990, the victim was witnessed to jump into Jamaica Bay at Gerritson Beach.

When he didn't come back up, a witness swam out and brought him to shore.

He was transported to Peninsula Hospital, where he remained unresponsive, declined, and was pronounced dead on January 27, 1991.
