The victim was found lying in the open area approximately 3.4 miles south of Vegas Valley Drive on Hollywood Boulevard, in Clark County, Nevada on July 29, 1986.

The decedent was lying in a semi-fetal position. He was covered with a small piece of black colored visqueen and was lying on a small piece of cardboard.
