Case History
The victim was found 35 feet from Sims Bayou in heavy underbrush, 1/4 mile east of foot of Manchester Street in Houston, Texas on December 17, 1961. This is an area of heavy underbrush that had been recently flooded during Hurricane Carla. Property owned by Manchester terminal. The area was frequented by transients.
