  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair.
  • Clothing: Light brown khaki pants; blue shirt with one pocket on left side; fairly new "sports" blue and white sneakers (grooves on the bottom were not run down).
  • Personal Effects: $3 (in dolar bills) and 2 pennies, candy, folded piece of paper with no writing on it.

Case History
The victim was found by a caretaker of the Carillon Hotel (an abandoned building at 6801 Collins Avenue) in Miami, Florida on May 27, 1997. He was hanging by a black electrical cord which was tied around his neck at one end and to an upper floor in the east side of the building at the other.
