Case History
The victim was found by a caretaker of the Carillon Hotel (an abandoned building at 6801 Collins Avenue) in Miami, Florida on May 27, 1997.

He was hanging by a black electrical cord which was tied around his neck at one end and to an upper floor in the east side of the building at the other.
